The project can generally be described: New lighting poles with LED flood lights, conduit and cable, disconnects, and photo-cells. The time of completion for the work is anticipated to be up to 120 calendar days to achieve Substantial Completion. Exact time requirements are defined in the Instructions to Bidders. A Bid Security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the sum of the Total Bid Price will be required for this Project. Temporary erosion control shall be in accordance with the approved erosion control plan; the approved Construction Safety and Phasing Plan (CSPP) and AC 150/5370-2, Operational Safety on Airports During Construction. The temporary erosion control measures contained herein shall be coordinated with the permanent erosion control measures specified as part of this contract to the extent practical to assure economical, effective, and continuous erosion control throughout the construction period.
