Site work and renovation of a municipal facility in Edmonton, Alberta. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
The Contractor scope of work (the Work or the Works) includes the design, supply, construction, installation, commissioning, and acceptance testing of the RNG Facility, which includes required Balance of Plant, piping and ancillary systems, overall controls integration with the LFG Control Plant, City of Edmonton (CoE) SCADA, ATCO Injection Station, as well as the operational training of Owner personnel. The project scope for this RFP includes construction of an LFG Control Plant and the installation of a prefabricated Flare as well as the design, supply, construction, installation, commissioning, and acceptance testing of a new RNG Facility. The design of the upgraded LFG Collection System has been completed and the LFG Collection System construction is currently underway. The scope which specifically includes design and construction, amongst other items, of the LFG Collection System and ATCO Injection Station are outside the scope of this RFP and will not be described in detail except for areas in which they interface with the project Scope of Work.
