HHSC PCS is seeking competitive bids to establish contract(s) for as-needed general maintenance and repair services at Richmond State Supported Living Center. The description of requirements, services, specifications for goods which may be required, and deliverables as provided in this Solicitation and any resulting Contract which the Contractor is required to provide. Scope of Services to be Performed The required services to be provided are as-needed general contracting services for Richmond State Supported Living Center. Contractor shall have considerable knowledge of construction practices and procedures, skilled at a wide range of flooring repairs and minor building and structure repairs. Contractor shall be knowledgeable of modern methods and techniques of building construction and construction materials, proper safety techniques and procedures. Minor Building and Structure Repairs to include but not limited to: a) Wall tile demolition and replacement. b) Construction of or remodeling of facility ramps. c) Minor wall construction, demolition, and/or repairs. d) Minor concrete work, to include framing and pouring. e) Minor road repairs. f) Minor welding services. g) Cabinetry work to include but not limited to assembly of prefabricated furniture and custom build of cabinets. Owner Rights: The HHS Agency reserves the right to accept or reject the request for a price adjustment. The Contractor will receive written notification, through a Purchase Order Change Notice or Contract Amendment, from the HHS Agency Contract Manager documenting action taken, to include effective dates, for any adjustments approved.
