The Village of Woodridge ("Village") is seeking assistance from a qualified consultant ("Consultant") to draft a new Comprehensive Plan ("Plan"). The Plan should build upon current and prior planning efforts, studies, and goals. The Consultant team will work with Village staff and related stakeholders (including but not limited to; elected and appointed officials, residents, and business owners) to create a new Comprehensive Plan to serve as an update to the existing Village document. All submitted proposals will be fully considered. In cases where a proposer cannot meet a specified requirement, they should clearly identify the exception and provide an explanation. The village reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive any Irregulaties. The Village reserves the right to 1) waive any technicalities or irregularities in any proposal; 2) accept the proposal it considers most favorable to the Village, in its sole discretion; 3) reject any and all proposals; 4) seek new proposals, in the Village's sole discretion; and 5) change dates at the sole discretion of the Village Question Deadline 04/15/2024 at 4:00 PM CT Inquiries regarding the request for proposals shall be made in writing to Kimberly Clarke. All questions will be answered by Friday April 26, 2024 at 4:00 PM CST. Proposers will not be relieved of obligations due to failure to examine or receive documents, or become familiar with conditions or facts of which the proposer should have been aware and the Village will reject all claims related thereto The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
