Description

Site work for a mixed-use development in West Kelowna, British Columbia. Conceptual plans call for site work for a recreation facility; fire / police facility; municipal facility; and water / sewer project.

Through this Request for Proposals, the City of West Kelowna is seeking qualified electrical contractors to conduct a multi-part facility upgrade to facilitate the upgrades and infrastructure additions for level II vehicle charging stations at 5 City facilities. This is a design/build generated by previously completed Fleet Energy Assessment prepared for the City by Charge FWD and supported by BC Hydro, see attached Report. The 5 facilities include: 1. The Mt. Boucherie Complex 2760 Cameron Rd. 2. City Hall 3731 Old Okanagan Hwy. 3. Operations Centre 2515 Bartley Rd. 4. Powers Creek Water Treatment Plant 3184 Shetler Dr. 5.
