B. Division of the specification into divisions and sections is for the purpose of simplification alone. Responsibility for the coordination of work of the various trades shall rest with the Contractor. C. The Back River Wastewater Treatment Plant shall be maintained in continuous operation at all times during the course of the work under this Contract, unless noted otherwise in the specifications. Therefore, a high degree of cooperation will be required of the Contractor with plant operations and maintenance personnel, with the City and its agents, and with regard to maintaining construction schedules.
