Location - BLDG 1004 G St. LANG Training Center- Pineville Pineville, LA 71360 Contractor shall provide all equipment, labor, materials, and tools to do flooring demo and replacement of Vinyl Composite Tile and Rubber Cove Base throughout Building 1004 (Soldier Barracks) for the Louisiana Department of Military Affairs (DMA). Deadline to receive written inquiries: 4/10/2024 This solicitation is for the demo and replacement of flooring for the Louisiana Department of Military Affairs (DMA) located at BLDG 1004 G St., LANG Training Center- Pineville, Pineville, LA 71360. The job is to be performed in accordance with the enclosed scope of work and specifications. In accordance with La. R.S. 37:2165 A (1), a Contractors' License Number in the appropriate classification(s) such as Building Construction and/ or Flooring and Decking must appear on the bid opening envelope on all projects in the amount of $50,000.00 or more (and $1.00 or more if hazardous materials are involved). Failure to do so shall remove the bid from consideration. For any bid submitted in the amount of $50,000 or more, a bid security (insurance company, bank money order, certified check, or cashier's check) must be included with the bidder's submission in the sum of 5% of the amount bid (including base bid and additive alternates, if any) and shall become the property of the agency in the event the contract and bond are not executed within the time set forth in the bid solicitation.
