Reference Number 0000347938 The City of Mount Clemens is accepting sealed bids for the installation of a playground along with some park amenities. Bidder must have at least five (5) years experience in the scope of work. The work on this project consists of installing new playground equipment in the open land southwest of Cairns Community Center, along with installation of a gaga ball pit, concrete sidewalk, benches, and trash receptacles. Question Acceptance Deadline 04/18/2024 12:00 AM EDT Questions are submitted online No General Requirements - Insurance Required Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 5 % - Performance Bond 100 % - Maintenance Bond 100 % - Payment Bond 100 % -- A certified check, or the included Bid Bond, executed by the bidder and a surety company, payable to the City of Mount Clemens, in an amount at least equal to five percent (5%) of the bid, shall be submitted with each bid. WITHDRAWAL OF BIDS No bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) calendar days after the receipt of bids. The Work will be substantially completed on or before September 30, 2024, and completed and ready for final payment in accordance with Paragraph 15.06 of the General Conditions on or before October 25, 2024.
