PARK AT PINE MEADOW DRIVE: In general, the work includes constructing new park at 540 Pine Meadow Drive, Ma There is no pre-bid meeting for this work; however, contractors are strongly encouraged to visit all sites in advance of the bid to familiarize themselves with the nature of the existing conditions. Erosion control, grading, concrete and decomposed granite pathways, and playground system surfacing, park furnishing, landscaping, tree planting, irrigation, curb and gutter, curb ramps, asphalt paving, striping, storm drain pipes, storm drain inlets, vertical slot drains, concrete vditch, sanitary sewer lateral, water service lateral, new restroom building, street lighting, and all appurtenant work required to complete the project in accordance with the project's plans and specifications. The Engineer's Estimate is $2,115,000. Question Deadline 04/17/2024 A certified check or bid bond for not less than ten percent (10%) of the proposal shall be submitted with each bid as a guarantee that the bidder, if awarded the Contract, will fulfill the terms of the bid. The City of Martinez reserves the right to refuse any or all proposals or bids or portions thereof.
