Site work and paving for a civil project in Pasco, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
The Owner hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively ensure that in any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, minority business enterprises will be afforded full opportunities to submit bids, and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, sex, handicap, or national origin in consideration for an award. This project is subject to the Franklin County prevailing wage rate requirements. In accordance with state law, bidders are required to have a current Washington State contractor's license at the time of submitting bids. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond with a State Licensed Surety, in an amount not less than five (5%) percent of the total bid. This surety shall be forfeited in event of failure by the successful bidder to sign a contract or to furnish the necessary one hundred percent (100%) Performance Bond. The Pasco School District reserves the right to reject any and/or all proposals, and to waive bidding informalities. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive informalities in the bidding. No bids shall be withdrawn for a period of 30 days subsequent to the opening of the bids without the written consent of the Owner
