Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Gladewater, Texas. Completed plans call for the construction of a road / highway; for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; pre-engineered storage facility; and water / sewer project.
The project involves the construction of a pre-engineered 35-ft x 50-ft metal building with concrete foundation. The building is to be equipped with one steel roll-up bay door, two pedestrian doors, electrical system, exhaust system, heaters, and plumbing for water and future connections. Other miscellaneous construction items include site grading, sodding, and driveway installation. The project includes turn-key construction in which the Contractor will provide design and construction of the foundation base, concrete foundation, and structural for storage building.
