Renovation of a municipal facility in Bend, Oregon. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The scope of work includes, but is not limited to the following: structural repairs, window replacement, and exterior siding repairs. SCOPE OF WORK & SPECIFICATIONS: 1. Repairs and Window Replacement: In accordance with drawings titled Community Development Building Repairs Exterior Scope of Work, dated March 29, 2024. 2. Structural Repairs: In accordance with Ashley & Vance structural drawings titled DC Community Development Bldg Repairs, dated March 29, 2024. 3. Exterior Scope of Work: Includes removal of existing sheet metal siding (salvage for reuse), existing felt paper, wood sheathing, insulation (salvage for reuse), and windows. Install angle clips to exterior wall studs and install angle to CMU and to exterior wall per Structural drawings. Replace existing windows per Exterior Scope of Work drawings. Install salvaged insulation, new OSB sheathing, new weather barrier, reinstall salvaged metal siding, repair interior drywall at drywall window wraps and re-paint at window wraps. 4. Interior Scope of Work includes installation of a new steel angle to tie existing glu-lam beam to existing exterior wall framing from the interior of the building on levels 1 and 2 per Structural drawings. Scope includes removal of existing ceiling tiles (salvage for reuse), cut back existing drywall enough to allow for steel angle install, install angle in four-foot pieces, spray foam gap between top of drywall and steel angle, and re-install acoustical ceiling tiles.
