Number: AC-STBG-NHPP-000B(806)E Description: This open-ended, on-call, contract consists of joint sealing at various locations. All locations for this contract will be identified after the project is awarded. Each task will indicate the scope, limits of work, the estimated quantities, and completion duration limits. Pre-Bid Conference: A Pre-Bid Conference will not be held for this project. Bid Security shall equal at least five percent (5%) of the total amount bid. Also, the successful bidder will be required to supply Payment and Performance Bonds for all Contracts in excess of $100,000.00. The MDOT SHA reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
