**As of June 6, 2024, the project was awarded to White Oak Construction Corp. $178,826.00.** Project Location #1: West Lake Road, between Serene Forest Drive and Larboard Drive Project Description: Construct a sidewalk as shown on the construction drawings, inclusive of three ADA curb ramps, and two high visibility crosswalks. The successful bidder will be required to: Demo a portion of existing conditions. Regrade and construct a new sidewalk and curb and gutter, including ADA ramps. Construct high visibility crosswalks and stop bars. Relocate signing. Resodding area of disturbance. Project Location #2: Arthur Pierce Road (SR1305), between Onyx Creek Drive and Beckford Road. Project Description: Construction of a high visibility crosswalk, inclusive of four ADA curb ramps and landscaping. The successful bidder will be required to: Demo a portion of existing conditions. Construct high visibility crosswalk and new curb and gutter, including ADA ramps. Relocate and install new signing. Re-landscape the area of disturbance. *The value for this project is based on a financial range of $100,000 to $250,000.
