This is a construction contract opportunity. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. For scope and complexity, similar work is defined as Exterior Campus Signage work, of as further described in the General Requirements, Description of Work. The work to be done under the Contract, in accordance with the Contract Documents, consists of performing, installing, furnishing and supplying all materials, equipment, labor and incidentals necessary or convenient for the construction of Project Number 121065-T000841, titled Exterior Campus Signage and carry out all of the duties and obligations imposed upon the Contractor by the Contract Documents. The main features of the work shall include, but not be limited to the following: Cabinet type monument primary and secondary identity, and wayfinding exterior signage per provided technical specifications and drawings. Work not included in the work of the Contract are those items marked "N.I.C"; the campus will provide all concrete foundations, conduit and connectors.
