Renovation of an educational facility in Lilburn, Georgia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
This bid includes the purchase & installation of new equipment and the removal & relocation of current equipment. This bid will be awarded to the supplier who can meet the anticipated installation date of 7/8/24 with the overall lowest prices. All items must be bid. The term of this contract is effective upon award through anticipated installation date of 7/8/24. o This bid will be awarded to one supplier for both the removal & relocation of current equipment and the purchase & installation of new equipment. o The current kitchen equipment must be removed & relocated on Thursday, 5/23/24 & Friday, 5/24/24. See "Attachment A" for current equipment details and GCPS relocation information. o When bidding the "Removal & Relocation of Current Equipment", provide a lump sum for all equipment listed. See "Attachment A". o Every item must be bid. o Detailed specifications are provided below. Pay careful attention to detailed specs, as some items are the same model # but have different measurements due to kitchen design Question Deadline 04/09/2024 at 10:00 AM ET All questions must be received through the Message Center within Bonfire online portal. to allow for appropriate and timely responses.
