The City of Spring Hill, an Equal Opportunity, Affirmative Action Employer, seeks to retain the services of a professional consultant engineering firm to provide services related to architectural and engineering services to develop the Peter Jenkins Greenway Connector. This project is funded with local City funds for the NEPA and design phases and TDOT Tap Grant funds for the construction phase. The project shall be accomplished in accordance with TDOT Local Programs guidelines. The professional consultant engineering consulting firm must be on TDOT's pre-approved list or have a completed pre-qualification form filed with TDOT by the deadline for the Letters of Interest. The prequalified firm must have unlimited status. Letters of Interest for Phase I are due April 8, 2024, at 2:00 PM central time. Short list of 3 consulting firms will occur by April 10, 2024. Phase II proposals are due by April 24, 2024, at 2:00 PM central time. Final selection of consulting firm will occur by May 7, 2024. Estimated Project Schedule • Begin preliminary engineering and NEPA – May 2024 • NEPA completion – November 2024 • All design plans complete – February 2025 • Prepare bid documents – March 2025 • Advertise project for bids – April 2025
