The City Of Wells Reserves The Right To Accept Or Reject Any And/or All Items Specified In The Bid Proposal And Further Reserves The Right To Waive Any Minor Technicalities In The Bidding Documents. Bidders Must Have A Current Wells City Business License Prior To Time Of Contract Execution; Moreover, A Current Nevada State Contractor S License Of The Proper Classification To Perform The Project Work Is Required At The Time Of Bid Opening.
