Reinforced Concrete Pipe, Culverts, and Components The City of Austin (City) seeks to purchase Class 3, 4, and 5 Reinforced Concrete Pipe (RCP), Reinforced Concrete Rectangular Conduit (Box Culverts), and Reinforced Concrete Manhole Sections. This purchase will support the Watershed Protection Department's (WPD) Field Operations Division during the installation of a few projects or the replacement of worn pieces for drainage-related work. The City reserves the right to purchase reinforced concrete pipe as deemed necessary. Any requirements that have been omitted from this specification that are clearly necessary or conformance shall be considered a requirement, although not directly specified or called for in the Specification. Term of Contract This Contract shall become effective on the date executed by the City ("Effective Date") and shall remain in effect until the earliest of when the deliverables set forth in the Contract are complete or the City terminates the Contract.
