Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Jessup, Maryland. Completed plans call for site work for a detention facility; for paving for a detention facility; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

The work shall be completed within 90 calendar days from the start date of the contract. If the work is not completed within the time period specified, the contractor will be liable for liquated damages of $250.00 per calendar day as specified in the "General Conditions". The Contractor shall install by milling and repaving the entire existing facilities paved surfaces. Milling shall remove one and a half inches thickness to level and smooth the surface to a full depth removal. Contractor shall also restripe all parking stalls, "ADA HC Van Accessible" parking stalls, access aisles/ routes, directional markings, traffic lanes, stop bars, curbing, fire lanes, and all other existing entrance, drive, and parking lot painting shall be included for restriping / repainting.
