Remodeling and renovation of a municipal facility in Indian Wells, California. Completed plans call for the remodel of a municipal facility; and for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Scope of work 1. Repaint/ repair all walls within the guardhouse. 2. Demo and replace flooring. 3. Demo and replace bathroom fixtures. 4. Demo and replace all cabinets, shelving and desk space. 5. Remove wall between storage area and Director of Security office to form a large office. 6. Add kitchenette (sink, microwave, refrigerator, cabinets) 7. Add IT closer to area that best fits. 8. Replace all lighting fixtures with LED lighting. 9. Replace portable generator with a commercial backup generator. 10. Conduct an inspection of the attic space and repair any areas of concern that might be leading to water intrusion. 11. Repair stucco and paint the outside of the full entrance structure. The FAMD is a Special District within the City of Indian Wells. All bidding processes and insurance requirements are a policy of the City of Indian Wells.
