Rehabilitation of existing structures and building to become new digester, disinfection, and maintenance facilities. project location: 611 Main Street, Sugarloaf Township, Luzerne County, Pennsylvania For all further requirements regarding bid submittal, 10% bid security, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents. Question Deadline 05/01/2024 at 12:00 PM ET Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents via online The Conyngham/Sugarloaf Joint Municipal Authority hereby reserves the right, which is understood and agreed to by all bidders, to refuse and reject any or all bids submitted, and also reserves the right to waive any informality in bids received.
