Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Houston, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; for paving for a bridge / tunnel; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Scope of Project: Site Preparation, Detention Pond Excavation with On-Site Spoil Disposal, Drainage Swales, Junction Boxes, Concrete Overflow Weir, Box Culverts, and Storm Sewer Pipes: 80 acres of site preparation with off-site disposal of cleared material 245,000 cubic yards of excavation with on-site soil disposal 650 linear feet of storm sewer pipes and box culverts 4,400 linear feet of backslope swales with interceptor structures Stormwater pollution control. A cashier's check or bid bond in the amount of 2% of the total bid amount must accompany each bid. The successful bidder will be required to provide performance, payment and maintenance bonds for the full amount of the contract. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids. The deadline to ask questions is 4/15/2024 2:00 PM CST.
