The contractor shall provide all services with respect to the applicable fire and life safety systems, devices, and components. as needed for all CTR schools (see Appendix A for school locations). All inspections, reports, and testing for all schools in Appendix A must be completed no later than August 15th of each year. All communication between the contractor and CTR must be through e-mail or phone with CTR's designated representative. The proponent must follow CTR's contractor procedures including: o Site sign in procedures o CTR Safety Orientation o Scheduling of services The contractor will be required to conduct inspections and testing on all items listed in section 2.2. The contractor will provide CTR with reports upon completion of each school's inspection. The contractor shall complete inspections and testing for all schools in the months of July and August. The contractor may be required to complete services outside of these months as needed by CTR. The report must include: o Facility name and address o Inspection and testing date o Testing standard o System status o Deficiencies o Recommendations 2.2 Equipment The contractor shall inspect, test, and supply the equipment listed below. A full count of equipment at each of our schools is located on the bid form in Schedule o Fire Extinguishers o Kitchen Fire suppression system o Fire alarm systems, including ancillary devices. o Fire pump o Emergency lights o Batteries o Sprinkler Systems o Backflow preventers o Fire Hydrants
