Sanitation Services for City-Owned Facilities and Residential Opt-Out Program. Bidders must use the forms provided. Each proposal must contain the full name of the party(ies) making the same, and all persons interested therein. Each bidder must submit evidence of its experience on projects of similar size and complexity and a complete listing of all subcontractors to be used. Each bidder is required to furnish with its proposal a bid bond or cashier's check in the amount of $1,000.00. The Bid Bond or Cashier's Check will be returned if no bid is awarded to the bidder. If a bid is awarded, the Contractor must submit a City of Stow approved Performance Bond as follows: 1) Residential Opt-Out Program $50,000.00 2) City-Owned Facilities Two (2) month total bid value of all contract awards. Bidders must comply with all EEO regulations. The City of Stow, in determining the lowest, responsive, and responsible bidder in the award of this contract, may award a local bidder preference to any qualified bidder. The determination of whether a bidder qualifies for the local preference shall be made by the Board of Control; that decision shall be final. The City of Stow reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities or irregularities in the bids received, and to accept any bid in part or in whole, which is deemed most favorable to the City of Stow at the time and under the conditions stipulated.
