SID 568 - Majestic Pointe 2024 Paving Maintenance The work to be performed in this improvement shall consist of the installation of concrete panel replacement, curb replacement, crack/joint repair and other appurtenances necessary for a completed project. Envelopes containing the bids shall be sealed and must be accompanied by a Certified Check or Bidder's Bond in an amount not less than 5% of Bidders maximum bid price (determined by adding the base bid and all alternates).The check(s) or bond(s) shall be made payable to SID 568, Douglas County, Nebraska, as security that the bidder(s) to whom the award(s) are made will enter into contract to build the improvements bid upon and furnish the required bonds and insurance. The successful bidder shall supply a PW-55 bond by a corporate surety licensed in the State of Nebraska in an amount equal to 100 percent of the contract price as part of his contract. The Sanitary and Improvement District No. 568 of Douglas County, NE (Majestic Pointe), reserves the right to reject any and all bids and waive informalities in bids submitted.
