Site work and new construction of an educational facility in Ottawa, Ontario. Completed plans call for the construction of a 159,000-square-foot, three-story above grade, 1,439-seat educational facility.
Construction of a three-storey building with an approximate gross floor area of 159,000 sq ft. The structure will be a three-storey structural steel frame supported by grade beams and pile foundations. The facility will include a new cafeteria with a kitchen servery, two gymnasiums, a library, student commons, stage area, cosmetology room, exercise room, theatre arts room, mechanic shop, construction shop, laboratories, music classrooms, and general classrooms. This bid call is by invitation only to pre-qualified Bidders. The Owner has applied for a building permit and it is anticipated that the permit will be issued by May/June, 2026. The Work is to be completed by December 1, 2028.
