Domestic Water Heater Descaling on Campus. This Request of Quotation (RFQ) is to provide a regular hourly rate for the descaling and repair of the campus steam domestic water heater. Recently, we have started a program to review the semi-instantaneous steam domestic water heaters which have been plugged due to scale caused by the water quality on campus. To maintain our water heaters on campus a regular removal and descaling on the tube bundles are required.
