Site work for a water / sewer project in Seattle, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

Ship Creek Avenue, Anchorage, AK 99501, telephone number 907-265-2593, email address GoemerG@akrr.com. Scope of Work Contractor shall perform coating removal and application as prescribed in the construction documents. This includes, but is not limited to, removal of existing coatings and a reapplication of the specified coating. Work windows shall be required around Alaska Marine Lines (AML) Seattle barge schedules. It is anticipated 2-3 weekly with approximately 2 or 5 day windows on alternating weeks. The barge slip shall remain operational for barge operations. Contractor shall be required to coordinate work activities with ARRC staff including Project/Construction Management, and local facilities staff for operational support and construction windows. Substantial Completion: Substantial Completion shall be on or before 1 December 2024 Final Completion: Final Completion of all work shall be on or before 31 December 2024
