This is an invitation for bids for repainting of exterior areas of Toccoa City Hall located at 92 N Alexander Street. Description of Work PAINTING 1. All handrails, entrance and exit clearance post, three exterior doors, and light poles are to be stripped by whatever means necessary and repainted with two coats of primer and two coats of paint. 2. All wood framed windows must be completely stripped of all paints and glazing, then re-glaze and repainted. 3. Strip and repaint front entry door casing. 4. Repaint all levels of the parking deck. All paint colors will be chosen as needed, the City will provide the paint for project for contractor to pick up at The Sherwin Williams of downtown Toccoa. The following are the minimum specifications to be considered for renovation work: Must have a Current City of Toccoa Business License. Work to be performed will be various items on exterior of building and parking deck. Work listed to be viewed must be by appointment with Public Works Director, Randy Smith.
