Surface cleaning, crack, and void filling as applicable, surface preparation and Elastomeric coating, using 2-color scheme (plus railing/door color) of exterior, currently coated exterior surfaces at the Liberty Parking Structure. Included but not limited to: Tenant/retail spaces, skybridges, stairwells, stairwells/elevator towers, handrails, metal awning, Elevator tower metal roof, parapets, ceilings, walls, columns, and parking areas. Prep and paint handrails/guardrails/doors/awnings and other currently painted metal surfaces with non-elastomeric paint. Provide all labor, material, equipment, and supervision necessary for surface preparation, coating and finishing ofthe exterior surfaces as scheduled and specified. All material, equipment and labor required for this project must be included in the delivered bid. The Contractor is responsible for obtaining all or any permits that may be required for this project, including but not limited to lane /alley/sidewalk closure permits, as well as traffic control devices and personnel. Work area must be kept clean and free of debris at all times and consideration to surrounding vehicles and the public with regards to noise, dust, overspray, and disruption shall be observed. Contractor will be responsible for meeting all City of Salem, State, and Federal safety and environmental requirements.
