Description of work: 1. Mechanical (General/Prime Contractor), DCAMM Certified in HVAC: Generally, the MCs Scope of Work includes, but is not limited to: a. Selective demolition; b. Installation of control valves furnished by TC; c. Steam & condensate piping; d. Water Treatment; e. Pipe insulation; f. Steam boilers; g. Combustion air systems; h. Refer to Section 23 00 05 for additional requirements; i. Coordination and oversight of all sub-contractors and filed sub-bidders. j. Keeping the site clean; k Mcï. ther WOrk shown on the drawings and/or described in the specifications as 2. Electrical: Generally, the ECs Scope of Work includes, but is not limited to: a. Electrical support of Division 23 work; b. Selective power demolition to make equipment safe for removal by other Contractors; c. Provide all modifications to the existing power distribution system including additional circuit breakers, conduit, conductors and connections for temperature control systems; d. Provide all conductors, conduit boxes and devices; e. Support of temperature control work. Provide all required 120V circuitry necessary for temperature control systems.
