Renovation of a mixed-use development in Safford, Arizona. Completed plans call for the renovation of a transportation facility.
The City of Safford (City) hereby invites the submission of sealed Bids from properly licensed Contractors for the Airport T-Hangar Project located within the Safford Airport at 4570 E. Aviation Way, Safford, AZ 85546. The Project is expected to take 230 calendar days from the issuance of the notice to proceed and includes the purchase and erection of ten (10) full-nested T-hangars and bi-fold doors, and includes setting of the concrete foundation and installation of all required anchors and tiedowns. All Bids must include a bid bond for 10% of the Bid amount, and all Bids must be plainly marked on the outermost packaging with Attention: Sealed Bid #452158 , and shall indicate the company name and address of the Bidder and Bid closing date and time. The City reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, or to withhold the award for any reason the City determines. The City also reserves its right to hold any or all Bids for sixty (60) days after the Bid opening date and will not allow withdrawal of Bids during those sixty (60) days. Question Deadline 05/09/2024 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing Gabe Bowman, PE, City of Safford, gbowman@saffordaz.gov. Only written questions will be addressed. Questions received less than seven (7) days prior to the date of opening of Bids may not be answered
