Conceptual plans call for the demolition of a educational facility; for the construction of a educational facility; for site work for a educational facility; water / sewer project; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a educational facility.

Scope: A. New building, 54,000 gsf to include; • Two 75 seat modern state-of-the-art classrooms and related informal learning spaces for in-person learning and remote course streaming to various locations in Oregon • A behavioral health clinic containing 12 clinical intervention spaces where community members can participate in grant-funded research and receive free behavioral health services • A telehealth center with 30 sound-controlled rooms where students can deliver supervised telehealth behavioral health services to youth across Oregon • Offices and collaboration spaces for the faculty and staff of these innovative units • Reception and waiting areas related to the clinical support functions. B. New Utility easement and utility re-route and new utilities to the building C. Demo and existing buildings; Centennial Hall, Clinical Research Buildings (3 structures) D.
