Location and Description. The Project is located in Centerville Community Park, outside the left field corner of the ballfield. Address is 3355 Eggers Drive, Fremont, CA, and is described as follows: Project includes the demolition of the existing restroom/meeting room structure and surrounding concrete, removal of two (2) eucalyptus trees, and disconnect all existing utilities servicing the old building including potable water, electrical and sewer. Building demolition shall include abatement of and legal disposal of lead, asbestos, and polychlorinated biphenyl's (PCB's) from the structure prior to demolition. 2.2 Time for Completion. The planned timeframe for commencement and completion of construction of the Project is: 30 working days Questions and Requests for Information or Clarification.
