Site work for a water / sewer project in Delphos, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

The Project includes the follow-ing Work: The replacement of existing 4" watermain with 6" watermain on Fourth Street within the City. The Contractor shall be required to pay not less than the minimum wage rates established by the Fed-eral Labor Standards Provisions and Davis-Bacon Wages. Atten-tion of the Bidder is called to the various insurance requirements and various equal opportunity provisions. This procurement is subject to the EPA policy of encouraging the participation of small business in rural areas (SBRAs). For all further requirements re-garding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents. Bidder must submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing. Contact information and submittal procedures for such questions are as follows: A. Email Project Manager, (Andrew T. Shuman), (ats@choiceoneengineering.com). If no response within 24 hours call (937-497-0200). 7.03 Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda delivered to all registered plan holders. Questions received less than 4 days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
