** As of June 24, 2024 this project has been awarded to They Levy Company with an awarded amount of $700,563.65.** The project consists of furnishing and installing and providing all labor and materials required for installation of a temporary and permanent traffic signal at the intersection of FM 1460 at La Conterra Blvd & a traffic signal modification at the intersection of Williams Dr and VerdeVista/Woodlake Dr and miscellaneous items, as more fully described in the Drawings and the summary of work contained in Section 2.01. Each bid must be accompanied by cash or a certified cashier's check, drawn on a bank or trust company authorized to do business in the State of Texas, payable to the City of Georgetown in an amount at least equal to five percent (5%) of the total amount of the bid, as a guarantee that a contract will be entered into. In lieu of cash or a certified check, the Bidder may submit a bid bond in the form prescribed in the Instructions to Bidders. Performance and Payment Bonds, when required, shall be executed on forms furnished by OWNER.
