Renovation of an educational facility in Bowling Green, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Scope includes removal and replacement of existing Gymnasium and Cafeteria water source heat pumps. Removal of associated desuperheater domestic water heating system and replacement with new electric tank-type water heater. Removal and replacement of associated circulation pumps and controls. Refeed electrical power to new equipment. Removal of existing glycol feed unit and OA unit heating hot water loop. Bid security shall be submitted with each bid in the amount of 5 percent of the bid amount. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after opening of bids. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities and irregularities. Bids received after the scheduled closing time for the receipt of bids will be returned unopened to the bidders. Any bids not submitted on the proper form shall not be considered. Prevailing wage rates will not apply to this project.
