Procurement includes delivery and unloading at the City Shops. Everything shall meet the specifications listed in Section 3.2 Specifications. No installation is required for this purchase. This is a products/materials purchase only. Delivery and unloading costs of the product to the City of Grand Junction must be included in the bid price.
