Description

Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in San Antonio, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.

This project will replace one (1) 16 ton RTU, one (1) 20 ton RTU, three (3) 27 ton RTU's, and three (3) fan coil and condensing units at the facility. The project will also include the replacement of the building automation system/controls, ductwork modifications, fan powered boxes, and add fall protection on the rooftop to meet current codes.
