The City of Henderson, Nevada, is soliciting Proposals from qualified firms to assist the City’s Community Development and Services Department in updating the 2017 Henderson Strong Comprehensive Plan. The purpose of the Henderson Strong update is to successfully prepare and plan for the physical growth and development of the City for the next 20 years. Proposers should specialize in planning and community engagement and have a proven track record in preparing master plans and/or community-wide strategic plans having fulfilled similar requirements and projects. Identification of any termination action taken by an owner. In the event any reference is found to be unsatisfactory, the City reserves the right to reject the Proposer’s offer. The City reserves the right to request clarification from proposer for any price information submitted. The City reserves the right to negotiate all price and payment arrangements with the successful proposer. CONTRACT TERM It is estimated the project will take approximately 18 months, which will involve extensive public involvement and be comprised of numerous meetings with various stakeholders, culminating in final approval by City Council. Pre-Proposal meetings will be held at the City’s discretion. All information regarding any pre-Proposal meeting will be located under the Activities Tab.
