The City of La Quinta (City) seeks qualifications and proposals from qualified contractors to provide Landscape Maintenance for Citywide parks, Project No. 2023-31 SilverRock Landscape maintenance services. Any requests for clarification or other questions concerning this RFQ must be submitted in writing by Wednesday, April 17, 2024; and sent via email to Dianne Hansen, M&O Superintendent, dhansen@laquintaca.gov Furnish all necessary materials, equipment, labor, and incidentals as required to perform landscape maintenance duties for SilverRock Park, retention basin, and perimeter landscape. The work consists of maintenance of all plant material, ground cover, irrigation and repair, and cleaning of the park, excluding building interiors. A listing of sites for each landscape maintenance area of responsibility has been included in the Appendix section of this Specification and Request for Qualifications.
