Description: Project consists of installation of a 4-foot Dia. MH/CB over an existing 15-inch storm sewer, removal of excess spoils, seeding, and clean up and restoration. QUESTIONS: (989) 832-6770 The Midland County Drain Commissioner will meet on the above date, time and location to receive construction bids for the Whispering Pines Branch of Branch 2 of Pluss Drain. Bids will then be opened and publicly announced. The Midland Drain project will be let in 1 section as follows: CATCH BASIN INSTALLATION 1 Lump Sum Mobilization 1 Lump Sum 4' Dia. MH/CB 1 Lump Sum Site Clearing and Debris Management SOIL EROSION AND SEDIMENT CONTROL 1 Each Catch Basin Inlet Protection 1 Lump Sum Cleanup and Restoration Question Deadline 04/16/2024 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda delivered to all parties recorded as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Only questions answered by Addenda will be binding. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect
