The municipalities participating in the Mount Holly - Westampton CP Solid Waste Collection Program are the Township Mount Holly (Lead Agency) and the Township of Westampton. The Mount Holly - Westampton CP Solid Waste Collection Program is a registered Collective Pricing Program through the Division of Community Affairs, Department of Local Government Services of the State of New Jersey. Answers to questions will be answered via Addenda/Clarification. All bids must be accompanied by a non-collusion affidavit and either a certified check, cashier's check or a bid bond, issued by a surety licensed or authorized to do business in the State of New Jersey, payable to the Mount Holly, in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the amount bid, but not to exceed $20,000 as well as a Consent of Surety binding the surety to furnish performance and payment bonds as required in the Instructions to Bidders, together with all documents required in the bid package Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of P.L. 1975, C.127 (Affirmative Action). In compliance with P.L. 1977, C.33, the Bid must state whether or not any shareholders hold more than ten percent (10%) interest in the bidding corporation or partnership, and if so, must state such shareholder's or partner's name and addresses. No bid may be withdrawn without the consent Mount Holly - Westampton CP Solid Waste Collection Program for a period of sixty days after the time for opening of bids has passed. The Mount Holly - Westampton CP Solid Waste Collection Program reserves the right to reject any and all bids in accordance with the Local Public Contracts Law
