Reference number: 20014060 Deadline for receipt of complaints 2024-09-03 Electronic tender submission accepted Yes, via SEAO, with two documents Description The work covered by this call for tenders includes the renovation of Air Inuit's maintenance hangar in La Grande-Riviere, James Bay Eeyou Istchee. Renovation of the existing roller shutter door. The existing structure will be preserved, the envelope will be renovated, the openings will be replaced, and the insulation and finishing cladding will be redone. New motors, weatherstripping and any other accessories required by the manufacturer for the proper operation of a rolling door. Repairs to openings in the building envelope, new exit staircase to the mezzanine, new underfloor heating in part of the interior. New suspended ceiling in part of the interior. New slab paint on part of the interior. Repair of the general waterproofing of the existing vapour barrier. Repair cracks in the existing slab.
