Site work for an educational facility in Norfolk, Virginia. Completed plans call for site work for a educational facility.
The Scope of Work shall consist of replacing the service feeders between the Dominion Virginia Power pad mounted transformer and each appartement meter base and the utility building service switchboard. The new feeders will be run up to the existing transformer for termination by Dominion Virginia Power. The emergency generator disconnect switch will be replaced during the utility building power outage. The new aluminum feeders will be direct buried to each apartment building and switchboard using directional boring techniques and HDPE type conduits. The feeders will be routed through existing conduits stubbed out of the building from the existing meter of associated apartment building. The existing feeders will be abandoned in place between the building and the transformer. Work anticipated from May 15, 2024 - July 31, 2024.
