Replies will be issued by Addenda, posted within the "Bidding Documents" feature in PennBid and an email notification sent to all parties recorded as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than five (5) days prior to the date for opening of bids will not be answered. Only questions answered by formal written Addenda will be binding. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect. A bid bond by acceptable surety or a certified check made payable to Dickinson Township in the amount of 5% of the maximum bid must be provided by each bidder with their bid. The Contract Time for this project is one hundred twenty (120) calendar days. Dickinson Township reserves the right to accept any bid or reject any or all bids.
