Installation of synthetic turf, architectural finishes and paint, minor electrical and HVAC work, and exterior paint. Alternate #1 Installation of a scoreboard at the Truckee HS soccer field. Engineers Estimate: Base Bid: $550,000 Alt 1: $85,000 MANDATORY Pre-Bid Walk: No Pre-Qualification Required: No The lowest bid shall be determined on the sum of the base bid and all alternates. The Project is a public works project subject to compliance monitoring and enforcement by the Department of Industrial Relations. No contractor or subcontractor shall be qualified to submit a bid or to be listed in a bid proposal subject to the requirements of Public Contract Code section 4104 or be qualified to enter into or engage in the performance of any contract unless currently registered and qualified under Labor Code section 1725.5. The pre-bid conference is NOT mandatory, bidders must certify that they have visited the jobsite and are familiar with existing conditions. Oral statements shall not be relied upon and will not be binding or legally effective. Bidders in contention for contract awards shall be required to participate in a Post-Bid interview immediately following bid opening. Completion- August 16, 2024
