**As of May 15, 2024 . Project will be awarded on June 5 2024.** The Work consists of expanding the current parking area to accommodate additional parking spaces. Work includes all groundwork, stakeout requirements, grading, storm system work, addition of curb and gutter, sidewalks, fencing, site lighting, and final landscaping. The Contractor shall include all trades necessary to successfully produce the final product.
