Site work and paving for a road / highway in North Adams, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

Roadway rehab work upon the combined B2022 Roads (Hall, Grove, Laurel & Orchard - about 2100 LF worth of work) and B2023 Roads (Brook, Chase & Prospect - about 3,500 LF worth of work). Estimated Cost $1,500,000 The work under B'2022/B'2023 Roadway Improvement Project consists of mill and overlay resurfacing with new cement concrete sidewalks with integral cement concrete curb, ADA / MAAB compliant curb ramps and crosswalks, traffic signs, replacement of frames and grates or frames and covers as needed, possible fire hydrant replacement, and all associated work for the B'2022 Roads including Grove Street (240 ft), Hall Street, (1,350 ft), Laurel Avenue, (280 ft), Orchard Terrace (230 ft); and B'2023 Roads including Prospect Street (2,400 ft), Chase Avenue (880 ft), and Brook Terrace (250 ft). Roadway rehab work being funded by the City FY22-23 CDBG grant through the State Executive Office of Housing and Livable Communities.
